Horrible experience. This dentist office charged me for work they didn't do and when I refused to pay they sent someone with a subpoena to my house. I was able to prove that they did not do the work they claimed they did. Avoid this place or make sure you keep receipts. This is a slimy dentist office.

The receptionists are very polite young women who definitely are NOT rude like I read on another review. As for Martha, this girl holds the office together and manages it very well. The employees/dental assistants are all very friendly and respectful. Dr. Shahriyar Behjou is the best dentist I have ever known. I've been going here since the early 90s. I truly believe that the good reviews are paid. I only came here because they' re using Dr. CHAVA'S OFFICE as a way to drag people from that clinic to this Dental office. Avoid any contact with SONIA, she is always at Dr. Chava's office and will call you from there.

Beware. (Good reviews are paid) I had my root canal, crown and filings here and would not recommend them to anyone. I was back at the dentist in 5 months because the crown fell off and I had an infection. The filings are cement colored, huge, cheap and rough. They also offer you a $25 gift card to post a 5 star review. Very sleezy this place.

I get to my appointment on time at 3pm they tell me to wait 5 minutes because they have to finish cleaning after there Christmas party waited about 10 minutes to get inside the office and when they open the door my kids an I see beer on the table really unprofessional then I have a little issue with my 3 year old daughter I crossed her off the list so she will not get seen after all and the receptionist that came back from her maternity leave makes a rude face at me for removing my 2 youngest kids from the list and then the same receptionist and the other staff next to her talking about me so

I came last week to get my wisdom tooth pulled out I was in so much pain. They did the impossible to help me and made sure I walked out happy with no pain.
A week later today I came back to fix a front tooth and take out another wisdom tooth. The doctor that did the cosmetic on my front tooth was rude and got very offensive when I questioned her on the bumps that were left on my tooth I will no longer like for her to work on my teeth. Beside that the other doctors are the best and the assistants are extremely nice.

My husband and I were patients. I never received a good dental cleaning. My husband on the other hand had major dental work done totalling 5,000. Today my husband is walking around with teeth missing from his front teeth because these people who are calling themselves "dentists" chose to use shoddy material. Not only are we out 5,000 that we financed and paid with interest but when my husband returned advising them to fix the problem, they said we had to pay an additional 2500 to do the repairs! Is there any way I can put zero stars? I am soooo surprised to see any good reviews, I don't need a Starbucks giftcard. This doctor is absolutely terrifying and rude. I do not understand how anybody can continuously see this doctor. Dr. Behjou comes off very misogynistic and i feel so bad for all the kids i've read in the reviews. Stay away, please.

Worse place to come. I have had family here and we weren't even to first to complain about the bad service. The woman "C" did a very bad job in explaining the process to my family and left with a partially finished job. It was an implant that wasnt even the proper size. We ended up getting fixed somewhere else. Please dont come here unless you know what you're getting yourself into, keep receipts and any paperwork for your convenience.

Came here just for a cleaning and I ended up with a gum pain. I really don't wanna get into details, just want to tell u don't even go here they're gonna make u waist your time. The service is really poor, some of them are rude and get mad at u if u don't accept the treatment they recommend u. They even offer a $10 gift card from Starbucks if u give them a good review, obviously they don't deserve it

Bad place to go ... I took my kid for there dental visit .. They made us wait a really long time before being seen. When my kids were finally seen the dentist did not clean there teeth. He only open there mouth and said " some cavities " I asked if he was going to clean there teeth or fill there cavities... He wanted me to make another appt. To do what they should've done during these visit. I do NOT recommend these place..

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place is crap, super unprofessional. They try to push Invisalign down everyone's throats and then when it comes down to doing it their dentists continuously do everything wrong! They make errors and do nothing to try to repair it! They waste my time, time and time again. Not even their customer service is good, they are lacking on too many areas! If I wasn't indebted to them already I would never step foot in this place ever again.

I started bringing my son here a year ago. He's now 4 years old. I really like how they handle toddlers when he wasn't able to take X-rays. The dentist did a visual check which was great! We're here again for our 6-month check up so let's see how he does this time!
I also want to point out that I love how they call me for a reminder of all his check ups!

DO NOT GO HERE! They overcharge. I have met life insurance so I have decent coverage. They did a routine scaling and 3 fillings. I got the bill and its over 700 dollars! Never in my life have a paid that much for such simple procedures. (Not to mention it's been over a month and I still can chew on the side where they did the fillings).
This is not a good dental office. They are looking for suckers.

I would definitely not recommend this dental office to anyone. We had an appointment at 6pm, showed up at 5:30, it was about 6:25 before I asked about how much longer to be seen they put me in a room, at about 6:45 I still had not been seen by the Dr. I asked again and they told me it would be a while, I picked my daughter up from school at 4:45 and drove straight there. I was NOT going to spend my entire evening there. Seems like this place only takes medical patients to abuse the system. Please save your time, gas and money. I really wish I would have read their reviews ahead of time.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. If I could change my orthodontist treatment center I would. Almost 2 years dealing with the crap that goes on in this place. They favor certain people and others are flat out ignored. Appointments are set up for no reason. All the guys assistants take their sweet time with female patients making small talk and once their all done they step aside and talk about their thoughts or physical of the female patient they just treated. All wile stepping into a different room where another patient has been waiting for over an hour just on the examining chair

Who hates going to the dentist? That was me before. I only went to the dentist when I needed to prior to finding Bao. I hated leaving the dentist in pain when it was only a routine cleaning. In addition to that, there is not a long period of waiting time. Now, I actually use my dental plan and see him like I'm supposed to.
What's great about Bao is that he explains the procedure and tells you exactly what he is going to do. It alleviates some of my concerns since I'm a big chicken. There are times when I have gone to see him and I'm like that was it??? His great sense
