We "Put Child Nutrition First" by building custom, financially healthy K-12 foodservice partnerships. At SFE, we are a cross-functional team of professionals who are passionate about feeding K-12 students-without compromise.
With more than 75% of our collection of entrees made using fresh-from-scratch recipes, SFE creates the most delicious school meals of any K-12 provider. We start with the best ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible, and we season with herbs and spices for great taste and less sodium. We also offer the widest variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, including up to 15 salad bar items.
We are committed to working with 100% of your current staff, setting them up for success with plenty of onsite support. We take pride in working with your entire existing kitchen team to ensure a smooth transition to your new foodservice program. We listen well, knowing your staff understands your students better than anyone else does.

This company has a contract with Sikeston R-6 school district and is doing a horrible job at making sure our children are getting decent quality and filling meals while at school and it is dispicable. Something needs to change. Our children getting enough to eat while at school and good quality should be a number one concern to a company who specializes in food service. If you do not care then do not run a company that feeds public school children. Do better.
