There is nothing like Jigsaw's Magnesium supplement; it is THE best! I speak from experience.
Everyone would benefit from taking this supplement. So many medical problems stem from insufficient magnesium; and doctors have no reliable test of long term intake or lack thereof. The government should pay to give it out for free like the vaccine; I am pretty sure all Americans are deficient in this important mineral and do not even know it! Check and see if you consume 400mg per day! Especially if you consume any amount of coffee and or alcohol on a regular basis. However, you can get too much B6 complex

The individual packaged AM/PM vitamins is the best idea yet! I ordered a couple
Boxes to take them and give them an honest review. I have been on them for 2 weeks and the leg cramps have stopped and I am sleeping better awakening feeling more alert. I purchased this product for two reasons. Primarily because I needed a way to rehydrate above and beyond plain water. Living in the south, working out in our property in 89 degree heat, it was critical. The second reason is because I’ve purchased Jigsaw Health products before and I’ve loved every one. I live in south Florida and play pickleball daily. I hate the taste of Gatorade and similar products from the local supermarket. Once I tried Jigsaw Cocktail, I was hooked! No sugar or artificial ingredients and a great flavor! My husband have our "cocktail" every morning ( great orange flavor!) and then the Berry packets when we play in the heat. My husband has suffered from restless leg syndrome and sleep issues for years. He takes two prescriptions before bedtime, but they seem to have lost their effectiveness. Rather than increase his meds, which we absolutely did not want to do because of the foggy after effect the following morning, a friend told us about his results after starting on the MagSmoothe, and recommended we give it a try.
