The Lewis team was nothing short of phenomenal. I worked mostly with Mike, as he was the agent who helped me purchase a home. Mike is professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable of the San Diego area. Not only was he prompt in accommodating my requests to see properties and provide comps, he was generous with his time as he dedicated the entirety of a day more than once to seeing properties. If I could leave a "zero" star I would. Dawn Lewis was selling my condo in San Diego in 2012. I chose her because she was selling another condo in the same building, so she could show both to potential buyers.
She listed her unit for 130K but within several months she was hardly able to sell it for 101K. My unit was listed for 110K, and the same month it was sold for that amount, it was worth already 120K. Then it price raised up to 150K, and now it's worth probably ~140K.
