FEI has been licensed and providing asbestos and lead-based paint abatement consulting services throughout Virginia and the surrounding states since founded in 2002. The owner has over eighteen (18) years of individual environmental experience. In addition, FEI's field personnel average over ten (10) years experience in the environmental industry.
The National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) was established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to protect the general public from exposure to airborne contaminants that are known to be hazardous to human health. One of the first hazardous air pollutants regulated by NESHAP was asbestos.
