The reps that came out that did the mold inspection were very nice and easy to talk to. However, a few weeks later me and my wife found substantial mold in two of our closets. One of which had mold directly on the door frame which is why I'm surprised it was missed. The cost of the inspection was high which is why I'm disappointed this was missed.

As far as I can tell the inspector did a good job. However, the cost was way more than we expected due to $85/mold test. The inspector is trained to recognize mold and instead of spending so much on testing, I needed to have that money to spend on remediation. The test results basically told me what we already know, that mold can cause respiratory and allergy symptoms, and the complications from these problems, though it gets more specific for each mold.
