Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I’ve always liked this place but never again will I be back. Jessica needs to be fired, the way she acted so rude when doing my nails because I she didn’t want to was unacceptable. I can no longer support so long as this place is allowing their staff to treat customers like that.

This was the 2nd time at this place and the last. Their prices are overrated and not consistent. I went to do a REFILL cause I already had my acrylics, they told me $55 because they had to fix 3 nails. I said fine. I showed the lady the color I wanted and she said they had it Chrome. I also asked if possible to make the tip of the nails skinnier she said yes. I asked if I could use 1 nail a different color she said NO. Then when I went to pay they wanted to charge additional $5 for making the “reshaping” of the nails and $20 for the color I put in my nails. Not only it was a rip off but 2 days

First off, the moment I walked into the place I noticed it was just a smaller salon but nothing drew me in aesthetically. Then, 2 colors that I wanted for my nails were unavailable. The moment that I finally sat down with a girl name JESSICA to do my nails, she DID NOT even say hello. She literally just got started on my nails. I told her that I didn’t want a refill but she said that’s what was said to her. I told Alex that I didn’t want a refill I wanted a full set. I told his wife from few days prior. I did not like that as that made me feel as though she did not listen to me when I spoke

The best nail salon I have been too! Alex is the best and never fails to make sure that I leave happy and completely satisfied. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no regrets! I even bring my man along with me from time to time. All the staff is super nice and friendly. Plus they play the best movies while you get your nails done. If your thinking about coming, don’t think just do!

The light skin girl who works there did an awful job on my simple white manicure. She had the biggest attitude ever while doing it. 2 acrylic nails she put on were crooked & when i mentioned it to her she said she couldn’t do much to fix it. Then the salon over charged me by what was stated on the phone when i originally asked the price. DONT COME HERE! Just attitude & not good service

The stations are clean, the staff is friendly and there are plenty of polish colors to choose from. I've visited several nail salons in the area throughout the last few years and this one is definitely a hidden gem. My gel polish lasts two weeks (or more) without chipping or lifting.
Although they are super flexible with scheduling, I suggest making an appointment because they can get busy!

Had mani gel and regular pedi. Attached pics are 2 days later. I verbalized my concern and my disatisfaction right in there showing the person in charge what the end product looked like but he was very unprofessional and all is wanted was the money. Rachel didn’t know what she was doing. Poor job. Don’t use her ask for someone else. Would not go back there just the fact that Alex the person in charge didn’t care about my concern when I addressed it

I am very picky about my nails so after quarantine ended, and I was able to get my nails done again, I started by letting them do a gel pedicure. They did such a good job I came back to get dip powder on my hands and it turned out beautiful. I am, again, very particular about shape and they did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is nice, and they always have a good movie on. They get busy so book in advance or come first thing in the morning then you can grab your Starbucks next door after!
