Two years later and Mike keeps commenting on my review. Dude, let it go. He also disclosed confidential information which is now being reported to the State Bar Association & stated false facts. The information he disclosed is what I paid him, that is protected information. Also, he falsely stated my license was not suspended which in fact it was for three months. You can hire any attorney you want, but do you really want to hire a guy that still complains years later about a review or out and out lies in his comments?

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The system of traffic violations/speeding in NY state is rather shocking and I could not have navigated it without Mairead and Ronnie. I never thought I would need a traffic lawyer and that shows how little I understood this whole system and some of the unforeseen issues that can come about. You couldn't make it up. Do yourself a favour and if you're thinking you might need a lawyer, you do - and you need these guys.

My son got a charge of a 5-point Electronic Device ticket to the reduced charge of a 0-points, non-moving parked by a hydrant infraction. We use Palumbo's attorneys to fight this issue in Court and as I mentioned above it was resolved no points.

TL:DR - Law firm is significantly more expensive than other firms, service is no better/actually worse imo, license almost suspended cause Michael's office was negligent.
I hired Michael Palumbo's firm to handle a ticket I received in which an officer stated I was texting while driving because I "was looking down". I received the ticket back in 2016. I honestly regret the decision of working with this firm.

EDIT: There was some miscommunication on my part and due to the fact that we moved from New Jersey to the state of Florida and I didn't receive some items in the mail.
I do recommend Michael Palumbo and his office, they did their due diligence and got my ticket charges lessened and I avoided some potential car insurance increases. Michael Palumbo did take care of everything A-to-Z after I signed the limited power of attorney and it was smooth sailing from there. He is aggressive as you can see in his tone of his response, but hey that is sometimes what you need in an attorney!

They handled everything for me and they got my case dismissed, which I did not expect at all. I had a very complicated DWI case and as a repeat offender was facing a potential lifetime revocation of my driver's license.
