RDS Engineering was originally founded in 1994 to provide project engineering support to the food processing/packaging industry. We've grown to a staff of more than 40 highly qualified Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Support Staff. Many of our projects involve improving the performance (efficiency, quality, safety) of existing processes and facilities.
We also develop new processes and facilities to bring new products into production. We deliver the greatest value for our clients when we are able to get involved in the early stages of a project, before decisions limiting future options have been made.

Services
RDS Engineering helps our clients meet short-term or long-term staffing needs in several ways. Current staff members can be assigned to meet short-term or urgent project needs. We will also locate experienced professionals, hire them as direct employees with full benefits, and assign them to provide long-term on-site support.
