It's obvious if they dont want to work on you, they'll say, "oh we had the wrong number on file" ... and "we sent you a text" . Only follow up communication i ever received from them, was a link to leave this survey. Maybe i'll change this review after i've actually had work done. Had to call numerous times over months to finally get an appointment. Follow up and communicate better.

I only give it a 1 star because there is no other choice but is the worst place I have been in, I had an appointment at 12:30 p.m. for my kid, I arrived 15 minutes earlier and the doctor did not took us in until 6:00 p.m. Not only that they had my kid fast for 8 hrs prior to the appointment and since they had us waiting for more than 5 hrs it totaled 13 hrs for my kid not to have anything in his little stomach. Will never come back to this place and please anyone thinking of going here DON'T DO IT!!!

1. They have the WORST communication!!!
2. My son apt was at 10am didn’t get called back till 12:20. Mind you he had to get a tooth pulled. Not sure why they took forever but they did!
3. They don't let you go to the back with your minor child. Mind you my child is 4 years old that’s defiantly a RED FLAG!!!
What are they doing back there that they don’t let a parent go to the back with your child? Are they restraining or doing the worst? Wasn’t there a lawsuit because of this?

Surprised by some 1 star reviews. I hope those families get a better experience. My 7 year old went as a new patient- we enjoyed the experience. We arrived 10 mins early to fill out paperwork. I was able to go in with my kiddo, no delays, clear communication, answered all my questions & offered suggestions for products (i.e. oral care at home.). Clean, cordial & professional.

My visit was amazing. I drove from AG. I had a serious tooth fracture down to the nerve, a severely exposed cavity and they were able to help me! I had been to 3 different locations and they only wanted to exam and schedule weeks out or refer me... This office listened to the patients needs and made time. Not only did they help get me in and end my suffering but they were the kindest people during my procedure. The 4 women (front desk appt coordinator, xray tech, Dr. asst and Dr.) Truly touched my heart! They didn't have to care so much and try to comfort me but they did and I will forever be grateful

I have to say that I am not sure that I will go back here. I was used as test doll on a trainee. They are lucky I am patient and I did not mind so much. I know I was not given quality care. The cleaning was mediocre and I know that they missed something. The front desk was, well, not your typical friendly front desk. You can not have an office full of people fresh out of college. It makes the patient feel like a textbook project. I will get a second opinion and see if I am overreacting.
