Services
Dr. Calhoun received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1975. Following dental school, he specialized in Oral Pathology at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center (Oral Pathology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, including cancer, that occur in and around the oral cavity).
At the office of Dr. Calhoun, we understand the importance of high quality dental services. We work hard to provide our patients with the very best in every aspect of general dentistry. Whether you are in need of cosmetic dentistry or education of proper oral health, our office is here for you. Routine dental cleanings are recommended twice a year for most healthy patients.

Love, love, love Dr. C and his ENTIRE STAFF! Everyone is so fun, friendly, personable and efficient.. In the five years I've been a patient, they've always been right on schedule with my appointments. There is always cool music playing while Dr. C is whistling away. Such a great vibe! I have been a patient of Dr Calhoun's practice for almost one year and if you're looking for a dentist and practice that genuinely cares about their patients then look no further. For those, like myself, with no dental insurance Dr Calhoun's practice offers an annual membership plan for about $275 (maybe $250) in which you receive 20% off services with cleanings and exams included (totally worth it if you are planning to have a lot of work within the year especially crown and bridge work). I went to Dr. Calhoun's office this week and they're Awesome!
It's been about 12 years since I have seen a dentist because I have had traumatic dental visits in the past. For example, I have not been believed by previous dentists when I said Novocain doesn't numb me. They then gave me far too many injections in an attempt to numb me and I spent the rest of the day vomiting because of the over dose of medication that didn't work. Then they proceeded to drill into my face when I could feel it. I have had them ask me to try to be more quiet because my screams of pain were
