I simply called to inquire about the pricing of a rotor replacement that I need urgently and the rude lady whom answered the phone without giving a name placed me on hold and hung up the phone. I've never been to this tire shop before in my life and now I never ever will go. There is no telling how much business you guys lose. I hope the owner sees this.

It was Saturday morning and I needed a 15 inch trailer rim and tire for my trailer well I drove over there and there must've been 10 people working they got that done in less than 30 minutes. And when you call that business they actually answer the phone where as most businesses don't. Family run store, pop's been there for years. Forget those chain tire stores try this place!

On a native Broward resident/friend's recommendation, I took my car to OK Tire. I had a nail/slow leak, but since the tires are run flats and because of the vehicle manufacturer, you have to use this expensive lever-less machine so as to not damage the rim--not everyone has this machine, nor is everyone qualified to use it. OK Tire has the machine and they fixed my tire. The price was reasonable, the people I spoke with were personable, professional, straightforward, helpful, and friendly. I am a happy customer and I will definitely return for any future repairs and/or maintenance.

Arguable the best place to get your car taken care of in South Florida. Each and everyone of these gentlemen are not only welcoming, but know what they are doing and will NEVER oversell you. I've gotten oil and tire changes here as well as a tire sensor changed. They've done an amazing and timely job every single time.

Went to this repair / tire shop for simple tire renew ,asked if job could be done quickly due to scheduled time restraints was told no problem will be in and out ! My van sat on a jack for 30+ minutes one tire on one off nobody made any effort to finish the simple repair. After nearly a hour the owner told me the van was ready, it was not ! Still sitting on the jack 15+ minutes later it was finally backed out.no explanation.
I told the owner this was the worse service i have ever been subject to ,his professional reply, you got to be kidding me! Very professional! Major I could care less attitude
