They also avoid using silver shimmer eyeshadow. Yes, I realize it's very particular, but silver shimmer eyeshadow is my pet hate - it's an antiquated aesthetic that doesn't photograph well. When it comes to doing their own makeup, many women wind up with uneven brows, clumpy mascara, too much bronzer, or other cosmetic blunders.

Professionals know which items to use (and which not to use) to ensure that you appear your best on camera. On-camera cosmetics (and hairstyles) appear quite different, and these experts are educated to recognize the differences! Hair and cosmetics are done by professionals who have been trained to photograph properly!

I didn't have a chance to do a trial run for my makeup wedding, as I was was coming from out of town, but she was so great at making sure that my hair and makeup was exactly how I wanted it -- starting with a very natural look and building to the exact amount of makeup drama I wanted. It was perfect! Her personality is so fun and she really does a great job of taking your mind off any stresses you may be feeling. Krista stepped in last minute on the day of my friend's wedding when her original hair/make up person was over an hour late. Krista had a kind and fun presence- she added a fun dynamic that was perfect for preparing for a wedding and easing any stress. She did a beautiful job on my make up and the bride's makeup- the bride said "I think is the most beautiful I have ever looked!" after Krista finished. She also did an elegant updo for the mother of the bride. I would (and will) recommend Krista to anyone for her high quality work, perfect pre-wedding festivity demeanor, and dedication
