My case was a case resulting in a death of a loved one because the hospital staff switched identification bands.. The firm took my information and I never heard from them saying anything. The firm passed the information to another law firm that said they were not interested because it was gonna take too much work to prove my case for the amount of money they would ask for even though I had photo proof of the incident. Guess there must be a specific death for this firm to represent you.

Called here after being in an accident where other driver fled the scene. In the end I got a lawyer that made promises to me on my hospital bed, no promises were kept, no doctors were ever called as promised. I lost everything, still can't work. Your horribly condescending apology does no good. Marko and Ernst were their highly recommended law firm.

They must be too busy to take on new cases. The intake department was quick to push me off the phone. They didn't ask the right questions and their tone was pushy. They tried to get me off the phone three times, and I had to say " aren't you going to ask about this".
At the very end they ask if they can give your case to another law firm. I think this guy is more of an injury case broker

It is not me, but, my son has a case. For his autistic son. His son was hurt in a auto crash. My grandson' s mother was first to file. Supposedly he won. To get him some of the help he needs, a check was supposed to be sent within 5 to 7 business days, and the remainder of the settlement put into an account accessible to my grandson after he turns 18 , well it's been over 2 weeks. The original lawyer handling the case is no longer working for Fieger Law. So my son trying to get any response is heartbreaking. I don't believe anyone should have to jump through so many hoops just to help his son.

I was denied a request to meet with an attorney to discuss my case in person at the Feiger law office. The case details are complicated and I explained that I preferred an in person consultation to which they replied "we don't do that you will have to contact another firm" . With that experience I would recommend avoiding this firm for your services so that you don't waste your time and effort.

I submitted a contact form and heard back about three days later. The attorney I spoke to started asking questions and when I tried to give answers, he was very short and and once I gave yes and no answers only, he was very dismissive and said, "I won't take over a case from someone else" and "I can't make your employer be nice to you " and then about hung up but told him to wait. Given that I contacted them regarding a different matter then he was calling about. I was then told I'd be contacted by someone else. I feel he was very rude, insensitive and short. Disappointed I even thought of them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE. Horrible experience, from beginning to end. From receptionist on. My case was excepted, however i wish they wouldn't have taken it. It was passed from initial person i spoke with to the lawyer that was going to handle it, but she quit, given to another attorney , spoke with her a few times, then she magically disappeared. Now mind you in between every person I spoke to their the time in between each one was 6 to 9 months, so it goes before arbitration, show up the morning for that and I totally different lawyer is there to handle my case. Never met

This is the worst law firm that i have seen. I am truly shocked that they they are in business and I didnt have a problem with anyone accept JSC. Those are the initials of the most useless and rude lawyer there...
They get no stars from me and ill tell anybody that asks my experience truthfully and i wouldnt recommend a puppy let alone someone who really needs help. The only reason they get 1 star is becauss one is the lowest i can go...

Horrible place to work! Takes advantage of employees. Poor HR and lots of drama and clicks. Upper management and their staff and clueless and like to take advantage of others.
You would think by the commercials they cared about the little people and would help when they're being taken advantage of by others. Well that's all a farce if they can't guarantee 100% winning the case that work for you I want nothing more to do with you it's a scam and it's all to make money.

First and foremost by now we all know or should know the cases this law firm only takes, that being said I have asked for the second time to be removed from mail list, hasn't happen.
Today 3/24/2016 @ 1:26 pm spoke to a lady/person that said her name was Kim, asked to be removed from mailing list, Kim asked me for my phone # so someone will call me back excuse me I said, Kim stated she could not take my address, this law firm makes who knows how much $$$ and the person answering the phone has no way to put a person on the DO NOT MAIL LIST.
Really....well this is what I will do report anyone

I called Fieger Law Offices for a personal injury attorney. Unless you have a case worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, don't bother. I was very honest about just wanting my medical expenses and some damages. I knew I was not going to become a millionaire and was very realistic. They said they'd call me back the next day to let me know if my case was worth it to them. That was 3 days ago. This group is only looking for the almighty dollar. Just more "Greedy Gus'". Typical money grubbing lawyers. And they wonder why they have a bad reputation.
