Elimitix made solving my ticket as easy as possible I can’t recommend them enough, I had a ticket for 25 over and Steven had it reduced to “impeding traffic” which means no points only a small fine and traffic school. Steven really listened to what i wanted the outcome to be and did his best (and exceeded) to beat my expectations.

I’ve used their services twice now, once for a past ticket and one upcoming. The first time they were able to reduce my fines by more than I paid them plus got the points drastically reduced. This time I am blown away by the wonderful and professional customer service I have received from Rhonda. She is very sharp and follows through on everything she says she will do. Hoping for a great outcome with my ticket, but so far my experience has been awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a ticket for disobeying a traffic signal (red light) in February 2020. Elimitix was suggested by a friend. It turned out to be a great idea. Farah and her team gave me confidence in a positive outcome from the start. Although, I was unable to logon to the website to track my ticket, the matter was handled without my participation. Due to covid circumstances, my notice to appear was scheduled and subsequently cancelled twice (in March and again in May). In late July, a proceeding was held that I did not have to attend. I only took down my review because the owner called me personally and pretty much begged for me to remove! & After seeing the response I decided to add back Very unprofessional, the point is I was trying to be a Paying customer only reason for calling, I would be arrested waiting on the turtle movement or just a simple follow up! I suggest do it yourself takes a little longer but better than paying for terrible service 12/5/21,& I gave the rating then because of lies NO response Never a 24 hr call later it's a complete lie period! Speeding ticket with 2 points was converted to impeding traffic and zero points.

When I called the customer care, I received a call outside of their office hours, from an attorney, with the status update on my case. This happened within a minute of disconnecting from customer care representative. That was amazing.
I just uploaded the ticket and forgot about it. I didn't have to appear in the court. They represented on my behalf. Everything was done online. Detailed instructions were given on how to pay the

This office recently represented me in the court for traffic violation. I contacted many lawyers in my area and I finally chose this office represented me. The price is very reasonable but the most important thing that the Attorney did very wonderful job. I only paid the ticket fee and got NO POINT. I did not need to show up in the court and I did not skip my work! The Attorney treats me with great respect and well care.
