A member of the AWWA for water and wastewater equipment, we have been supplying quality products for controlling water since 1906.

Services
The Scruggs Company was founded in as 1912 as H.A. Payne Company. In 1937 the company's name was changed to Alliger Sears Company. The company operated chiefly as a manufacturer's representative for a number of companies in the Municipal Water, Power, and Petro Chemical markets. In 1947 Ted Scruggs Sr. joined the firm later purchasing the company in 1962.
