Not sure what happened to this company as they were once the go to company I utilized when I needed pump repairs. I venture a guess that I've done over 75K with this company but there is definitely been a change with the organization and I wouldn't say it's for the better. I had Grundfos pump fail in mid May of this year. I called to see if I could submit a service call and the dispatcher connected me with Mr. Snell's voicemail as he was not in the office. I got a return call at the end of the day and was asked it I could send over photos of the pump, area/s leaking and all the data information

Horrible communication, never received an update on an order placed. Only reason I'm leaving a this type of review is in hopes that this doesn't happen to the next person. Ordered a pump, they gave me the run around it went from 3 weeks delivery time then after 3 weeks past, they said 5 more weeks. After those weeks past, supposedly it came in defective and they sent it back for warranty. I waited for 5 months in total and was chasing for answers that I never got. In the end had to cancel and go some place else. No remorse
