Dr Hao Ngoc Quang is amazing! I'm not the biggest fan of dentist offices (especially with former experiences that i've had before). But she is very gentle and careful, and definitely takes her time when cleaning your teeth. She explains thoroughly and makes sure that you understand, and really cares for your oral health. Understand and have a lot of sympathy for company having challenges during COVID, my family/ friend are running business. However, the lady owner/ receptionist is straight up rude. One of the patients Had appointment for 9 and waited until 10, when we ask how much longer this manager totally being disrespectful, impolite, unprofessional, down-talked, and completely rude. This didn't happen to me but just felt bad because it happened to a very old patient like 70-80 years old lady, during this COVID pandemic time. Just think if this happen to your family member.

I bring my mom to dentíst, they have my mom use mouth wash and they did not explain what inside cup. Until I asked them if hydrogen peroxide then can my mom use Listerine. Then they said in the cup has hydrogen peroxide mix with Listerine. Because my mom 86 year old so I asked them can my mom to use Listerine. Here they answers :" Listerine not enough to kill virus because they need to protect employees..."

This place is terrible they just want your money.
I came in as a walk in to get my tooth filled. She said 1 hr wait okay. after x-rays they called me in and "cleaned" my teeth. I didn't want a cleaning just a filling.
I put quotations on cleaning because it took them about 3 mins to aggressively shove their tools in my mouth and gave a sticky note saying they didn't have the machines to take x-rays of my filling so make an appointment and come back another day. So what were the x-ray you took an hour ago?
They only wanted money for the cleaning and didn't have time

Dr. Sammy was very pleasant to my family and me. The receptionist was friendly as well and made it really easy to fit my sister, mom, and myself in one weekend. Unlike other places, we didn't have to wait too long after our appointment time came around- we were basically in and out. 5/5, would recommend to the rest of my family.

I had my first visit to Bolsa Dental earlier today. The office is quite clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. Front desk was efficient, amicable, and got me in and out of the office on time. Dr. Tammy is so straight-forward and explains everything so clearly to you, so you know exactly what it is you're getting, and when you can expect to be back in the office. 10/10 would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Two front lady receptionist are rude, treat me like a homeless person with no money. This place is dirty and beat up, dont know why they have 5 star . Walls are dirty. Parking lot has potholes. Dirty bathroom , Dr . Mathew said there was a cavity, went to another doctor.

I got my teeth cleaned here last month after switching insurance providers. The front desk was very accommodating with getting me and my sister in and out quickly, and scheduling us for a follow-up appointment within a few weeks. Dr Tammy was very sweet and really explained to me what was going on - would definitely recommend coming here if you want a great dental experience.

Dr. Tammy and the receptionist know exactly how to make you feel at home and ease while at the office. The receptionist is incredibly nice, and is flexible on accommodating my busy school schedule to fit in an appointment. I would recommend this to any friend as their commitment to their clients is outstanding.

Dr. Thanh is phenomenal! My teeth recently went through a case of horrible stains as a result of using too much mouthwash, and Dr. Thanh was able to clean them off no problem! Now my teeth are completely white and I no longer have to freak out about those sudden stains that popped up!

I love coming to this Dentist! I got my root canal done here and my teeth are perfect now. Dr. Quynh was very thorough and quick and she was extra generous with the "happy juice" so I didn't feel a thing haha. This is an awesome office, from the outside it looks a little bit older, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came inside! the equipment and technology in the office is very new and the service was great.
I can't believe I found an office that is open 7 days a week, so convenient so I don't have to miss work to get my dental work done. I highly recommend Bolsa Dental, I'll be telling my friends and family about this place.

The new ownership has definitely proven to be a vast improvement! I had to get a deep cleaning (normally I completely dread this) but Joyce the hygienist definitely made it a much more bearable and dare I say semi enjoyable experience.
Joyce carefully walks you through the process and goes at everything so gently that going to the dentist isn't a bad experience whatsoever. She was talkative and friendly and made conversation which eased up the tension of failing to have taken care of my teeth :/.
