Below are answers to commonly asked questions we receive from guests. Please read our Terms & Conditions fully to understand all information and disclosures BEFORE booking. No, we are the liaison/property manager between the private owners and the guests. We must always yield to the owner's decisions but work diligently with both parties to ensure satisfaction.
Our concierge staff is available to you from 8am-8pm, seven days a week to assist you with your vacation needs. Whether you're looking for restaurant recommendations, fishing charters, golf care rentals, sunset sails, flowers, groceries, walking tours, or just a local Key West perspective, Our Key West Concierge staff is here to assist you.
NIGHTLY RENTALS: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. MONTHLY RENTALS: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. We suggest guests purchase trip insurance to protect against an unfortunate loss.
Truman and Company's property management is the BEST! We had 2 properties in Old Towne that were being so mismanaged by our former "property managers" that I would be totally frustrated with the condition the properties were in every time we would visit. When Truman and Company took over that all changed!

Think twice, read reviews on "Southernmost Belle" Truman & Company which is the property management that cannot seem to get things right. On website clearly states 4 night min so I TRIED to book 5 nights that would include a Fri/Sat night. I receive a "quick" response that reads I must stay 6 nights! Another email response from a different person that reads "We make these calls on a case-by-case basis depending on what is best for our calendar and what will bring the most revenue for our owners. If we allowed 4 night bookings most people would book weekends only
