Went back after install in less than a week to have windsheild resealed in the center top. Then at a month once again because I had a flat spot in center of my windshield which within another week started a crack in the center at rear view mirror, that went down through the drivers view. You could see the flat spot clear as day itself. Even brand new wipers would not touch this area, because it was curved the wrong way! The guy there, he just wanted to argue that there wasn't a flat spot that you could clearly see twenty feet away. Then as another worker guy left I was professional calm and asking

This business was not reliable. They sent a worker who caused a long scratch on my vehicle. I sent the owner Antonio Jajou the complaint through email. His worker had a long black scraper knife he used to remove the glue, and it created a very visible deep scratch. I asked him to pay to repair it, and instead he found a pic with a sun glare that looks nothing like the scratch near it in one of the pics and said it was already there. I will likely be taking him to court, but a review may help to share my experience with others. The worst thing is being in deliberate denial knowing evidently his

-Over applied urethane
-Did not replace the cowl clips that they broke while pushing the glass while the cowl was still in place.
-Wind noise probable causes; missing cowl clips, gap between glass and cowl.
No warranty on glass only on labor.
Recommendations
Even if it adds a little bit more time remove the cowl and if clips get broken let the customer know and work it out.
