Overall I am delighted with my experiences at VIP Plastic Surgery. I had my procedure in June 2021, and the results are very promising. Dr. Chris and the team are all friendly and reachable. I would have given five stars if they were a little more proactive in their communication rather than waiting for me to reach out for everything (e.g., follow-ups, etc.) The offices are nice and in a good location. However, I was expecting a little more of a sterile feeling/looking environment, especially when having an invasive procedure. I would go to VIP Plastic Surgery again if I ever have other procedures

Waited for 1 hour my appointment was at 2pm I saw the doctor around 3ish the doctor spent 10-15 minutes going over the imaging. When I told the doctor I didn't like what I was seeing in the imaging he pretty much brushed me off. Worst consultation ever! Terrible experience 😪 I had high hopes with this consultation not worth it.

So I wanna start off by saying I live in Utah & made several trips to Vegas to have a consultation, pre-opp, and surgery at V.I.P & I couldn't be happier I made this decision. First of all I read so many reviews about this place before booking an appointment & got the notion Dr. Khorsandi had bad bed side manners and to just go in there with that in mind, so I went in and I was completely blown away at how far from the truth that could be. I went in for a consultation to find out how to stimulate collagen production and the very first thing I told him is that I DO NOT want filler and the only thing he tried to sell me on was filler. I even told him I wanted any filler left in my face dissolved but he still recommended more filler. I really don't know how I could've been more clear about not wanting filler. It made me very uncomfortable that a doctor wouldn't listen to me and completely ignored the only thing I told him i didn't want to get. This doctor has ruined my face features. Took out the fatty tissue from under my eyes and put liposuction tissue from my waist. The tissue is not under my eyes but runs down the sides of my nose from the inner corner of my eyes to my lower mouth! My face is bumpy and different! I look different and worse!
At the same time he did a reconstruction of my breasts(which were done years ago and my breasts were different sizes), and now they have different headlights. One has free movement in the cavity and I have to sleep with a bra. The other is so tight on the outer side it's hard. Botched

This doctor botched me !!! I got liposuction on my stomach , flanks and arms with "sculpting" on my arms to look fit in January 2017 . That was the worst mistake of my life . I ended up with a huge burn on my lower back and the doctor couldn't explain why !! He tried to say it was due to the garment (that he gave me ) was too tight . Also my arms are horrible he took too much out of my right arm so now my arms aren't even and They look deformed :( also I have lumps In My stomach and my arms . I can't believe I'm sharing my story now because I've been so ashamed

I went to Dr. Khorsandi at VIP for Botox and fillers. It was one of the best experiences I've had - he listens to what you want and what your "goals" are. He takes his time with the procedure and doesn't rush anything, and because of this there was no pain.
Dr. khorsandi and all of his staff were very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable in their office. I am so happy with my results and I will definitely be going back in the future!

I’m eternally grateful for Doc Vegas and Mel. They have completely changed my skin and confidence. So incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I came to Dr. Khorsandi not once but TWICE! He does amazing work and only doc in Vegas I'd ever recommend to my friends. I came to him back in 2017 for my breast augmentation and it was the best procedure, and I knew exactly what I was getting before I even went under because he does imagery at his consultations. I came here to get rid of my acne scars. Doctor told me to do Fractora, minimum 3 treatments. He said 2-3 days down time! I was like perfect!!! I paid $3000 for 3 treatments. First treatment with Sarah went smooth and nice.

The factors that contributed to my five stars were almost exclusively for Dr. K. He is a true artist and took a look at my face and knew how to apply his skills for my best outcome. I felt my face looked tired, and I had become anxious about turning fifty in six months. I walked away, looking natural and refreshed (fillers). The office staff was friendly and down to earth. I had no problems with scheduling or wait times. Overall I am pleased with the office and grateful for Dr. K and his amazing hands. I am looking forward to having some other things done as well!

I want to begin with saying this is a beautiful modern establishment the staff is nice from making the appointment to your actual arrival. Meeting Dr. Khorsandi was a pleasure he does go through everything even when there is something you didn't ask and you should know he is thorough in addressing it all.
His work is for those that want to see an "Exceptional Difference" not for those that say " I want to look rested" or " I don't want to look as if I had something done" in that case stay "As Is" and get more rest.

Not personal at all. Didn't make sure I was relaxed. Never came back in to make sure I was doing ok and I was at his offices for 8 hours and his office was directly across the hall.

Picking Dr.Korsandi to do my breast augmentation was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I thought long and hard about this for so long and went to 5 other consultations over the course of a year and I am so glad I waited to find someone who I felt like I had a good connection with. Not only does he have great bedside manner he made me feel calm and confident about my decision the entire time from pre ops to the day of surgery to post surgery care and check ups. He always took his time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. I was so nervous, but the extra steps he has taken

Updating my review from 2-stars to 3-stars, because the doctor personally reached out to me. I may try giving fillers another chance here, but maybe not anytime soon. I had two corrections with a different doctor, and my lips are much better, so I do feel as though it was a misstep in shaping. I appreciate his professionalism though, and as others have been so pleased with their results, I must assume I had a rare incident where my results weren't to the standard I wanted. Should I try fillers here again and get a better result, I will update the review.
