There are many reasons patients come to our Center for revision facelift procedures. Some patients are simply unhappy with the outcome of a previous surgery, while others are bothered by the occurrence of new signs of aging and would like a secondary procedure. Revision facelifts can safely and effectively be performed for men and women of all ages.
Dr. Lanfranchi would be happy to meet with you for an in-person consultation. A tiny hair-line incision is placed in the natural crease of both upper eyes. First, the excess thin skin is meticulously removed. If present, any prominent bulging fat pads are then removed to enhance the contour of the inner aspect of each eyelid.

At 67, I finally took the plunge and had the TLC lower face and neck lift along with an upper and lower eye lift two months ago. I'm totally thrilled with the results! I was a bit concerned about scars being visible due to my very short hair but NONE of the scars are visible!! Dr. Lanfranchi is a true artist and the entire staff is extremely caring and supportive. Wonderful experience!

I recently had a neck and lower face lift (4 weeks ago). I was out and about after 10 days. I'm amazed at how fast I'm healing and looking. The staff is friendly and informative. James took all of my calls (there were many of them) and answered all my questions until I felt comfortable. I was a little nervous about having the surgery under a local but it was honestly no big deal. I would highly recommend Dr. Lanfranchi and his staff. If you're even considering have face work just do it for yourself and please consider Dr. lanfranchi you wont be sorry!

Dr. Lanfranchi was excellent along with his staff from Dee Dee ( front desk) , James and Ryan. I have had a turkey neck that I have had PDO threads, fillers and anything to try and get rid of it. I had the TLC lift which I am two weeks out of surgery. I am 100% happy with my youthful neck and lower face. I would recommend Dr. Lanfranchi to anyone.
