I resent having to give this place one star. Like many of the unfortunates in this thread, I was accosted in Barton Creek while strolling past. The hypodermic-needle-style container of the (15 ml of) super duper amazing Botox-invalidating goop did tighten up my under-eye area when applied. Only $699 for same. I nearly fell off my chair listening to this.
Cue an escape to freedom and some research into how the tightening effect was achieved: clay. This company also flogs Dead Sea mud, so that explains the easy sourcing of key short-term tightening ingredients and the fact that the under-eye area

Buyer beware!! Make sure you check your receipt. No refunds on promotional items. Everything is a promotional item. My husband and I feel we were scammed at the store in Hanalei, Hi. We bought the Tightening Lifting Mask for $1400.00. Who would have thought that was a promotional price?? However, they lead you to believe you are getting a second item for free along with a non surgical facelift where they will try to further rip you off. So beware, it appears to be a good product while in the store and the salespeople are convincing. Just say no thanks and save your money for legimate shops

If there was a way to rate it a no star I would. This place is a scam. I admit that I let them bully me into buying stuff from don't want nor need. I knew trying to take the unopened stuff back was going to be a hassle even within the 7 day window.
I tried to call them to let them know I expected my full refund with no argument but the phone did not work. I arrive and the guy tells me he cannot refund me and the manager would not be in until tomorrow. Unacceptable. If I waited, It would be a 20% restocking fee -- not happening. I tell him I'm going to call the customer service

These stores strong arm people into buying their product. I was in Hawaii and had to board a plane. The sold me $7000.00 worth of product and did not tell me there was a no return policy on items that had to be shipped. How else would you get it home? I refused the product and now they have my money and the product. Will now be contacting an attorney to file a lawsuit against this business.

The store looks great from the outside , definitely made me go in and check a perfume for my girl friend. I got a great service from Ann .
Yes it's expensive but she used it and the smell was terrific, staid all day. I do see a few bad reviews, I had a hole deferent experience though. I think every needs to go and try. I also got a after shave for my self , good quality!
I know that next time I need any care for the skin I'll go there . Recommend.

Like others, I was accosted walking by this location. I took the sample offered at the door, and was in a good mood so agreed to let them put the eye cream on me. It did make a visible difference in my eye skin compared to the other side, but I wasn't born yesterday; there are lots of tricks to make temporary changes in your skin. She wanted $350, which is a LOT of money. Also, I want to research any expensive product before I buy it. So, I told her I'd think about it.

I had to jump by this week to the Austin mall to Apple ,
I was there visiting my family.
An my way I got a sample from a nice lady saying she can "fix my eyes" . Lol I'm 10 years looking for the doctor that's going to do it . After she applied a tightening eye cream under my eyes I was pretty impress , one min and all the puffy was just gone .
I decided to give 4 stars because the results were only for couple of hours and not like she said , but great solution for someone that wants a fast solution. The representative was nice , I also got a complementary sample that I just

UPADATE: I received the standard letter shown below from the "CEO" via email. They offered a free gift which I declined. All I asked is that they train their employees properly.
I just had a horrible experience with a young man standing outside of the store. As I passed the store, the sales person handed me a sample and proceeded with snatching it from my hand. He then came back and stated that I NEEDED eye cream. He asked me what products I use, I told him Lancôme and he asked if I resorted to using their "samples". I informed him that his behavior was very dispectful

I was in Austin for the weekend so decided to replenish my moisturizer. I've been using it for 3 years now and have seen great results so far..I used to order it from the website all the time, but I was excited to see the store when I passed by.
