Services
At Bittle Incorporated, we like to start off by meeting our prospective clients and walking the land with them to get a feel for what the land holds for building a new home. This is a great time to discuss the site conditions, architects if needed, sewer and water options, and the topography of the land.

Not only have I built a house with Bottle inc, but I've seen a lot of their work and been in a lot of their work and it's top notch, bar none.
If you're looking to build in the Lake Lure area, you won't find a better builder.

Spoke to John Bittle, Sr. for about 30 minutes, describing my construction needs regarding my interest in building a cabin on my lot in lake Lure.
He told me that he had stepped back from the day-to-day construction; his new role was liaising, and that his son was running the show now.
And after his telling me that costs were likely going to be ~$200/ sq ft, and that they were book led for over 6 months.
I said that might work for my goal of a 2000 sq ft. build, and that I had patience so could wait. So he promised he’d get his son to walk my lot and give me a call thereafter.
But no call
