Originally from Santiago, Chile, Raul Souza descended from a tradition of professional builders and immigrated to the United States in 1997. Raul expanded his family's craft by studying all aspects of modern construction: accounting, codes, and management. In 2005, Raul earned his North Carolina General Contractor's license and started his own construction company.

The entire team at Souza Homes are very professional and easy to work with. They made the construction of our home in Fairview a very smooth and enjoyable process. The team communicated very well to keep us updated on the progress of our home and always acted with honestly and integrity.
