Awful apartment complex, and even worse management. The community is unsupportive and there's obvious discrimination as some people were given more than one or two parking spots while us were denied one, my car once had a red sticker on it threatening to tow it even though I was parked in visitors during the day. The apartments are dirty and cockroaches everywhere, we complained and no one did anything about it, all the management knows how to do is walk around and rake pictures of people's windows telling them they can't have this that instead of focusing their time towards bettering

I won't recommend this apartment to anyone the first we move in it was ok until my toilet clogged the water went all over the floor until in my dinning area we have to wait for two days to get fixed all my towels are on the floor after few days I saw cockroach every where even in my dishwasher they told me some one if coming to fixed it so I empty my Entire kitchen And waited for one week to put everything back and I found out no one came to Spray in my apartment what they did is put the Sticky paper on the floor so we so me and my husband decided to move out because she won't give us

If you have other options to rent please consider those first. Unless you want to live with cockroaches, termites and rats. I moved in about 5 years ago and lived in both of the separate buildings, which both were infested with cockroaches. Landlord comes in to the apartment for inspections about once a month, it never feels like home because you have constant letters or landlords and inspectors always coming in. I have been living here since November 1st 2018 and can’t wait to leave. It’s infested with cockroaches and other kinds of bugs I have never seen before. When we applied we applied for a three bedroom and two car parking. We only got one car parking and been threatened so many times about our car being towed. Not to mention it got towed on our first week. We had to park our second car two blocks away and walk in the rain to get to it. When there was a lot of empty parking in the property. I called about leasing an apartment, they were extremely helpful getting me an appointment and all the info I needed. I went to my appointment the next day and was greeted by 2 very nice professional ladies in the leasing office. The lady that helped me fill out my paperwork was very patient, kind, and helpful. I truly hope that I will have the opportunity to rent from Sun Ridge

The management office at this property is really unprofessional, if it wasn't for the low rent, we wouldn't have stayed. First they rescheduled our move-in date due to unfinished remodeling; after we moved in the house was NOT ready. This is the 9th month we are living here and the house repair is still ongoing. We don't have peace of mind here because almost 20 days a month contractors enter our unit to finish some unfinished repair. Always loud noise, and contractors in our unit wether we are home or not. O start: We moved into this terrible property on December 2014, after 1st week we found that this apartment has fleas and cockroach, all our body bited by fleas , we reported it several time to the poor management Alejandra, but we still have fleas and cockroach for more then 3 years. We never file any complaine to heahlt department about what happned always the poor Manager said apologize , I will call the pest control , every time the poor management Alejandra rushing us to move for 2 bedroom because i had my second baby , we refuse because my kids still small .
