I'm new to Wilmington and was charged with a criminal offence. I don't know many people here and had to find legal defense. My experience with the Hayes Mann law firm was smooth, professional, efficient, and effective from start to finish. The staff was courteous and professional. Mr. Mann interviewed me personally. Everything about my case and the steps taken were explained. The fees were reasonable and no outlandish promises were made. The results were better than I expected, and I didn't have to appear and sit in a courtroom during a pandemic. It was well worth the money.

If your reading this maybe you got a traffic ticket and are out of state and looking for a lawyer. You may have gotten a dozen marketing letters from law firms and are trying to make a choice. Hayes Mann was one of those letters I received. I narrowed down to 3. The first lawyer I talked to pretty much asked for a credit card over the phone in first 90 seconds while driving from what it sounded. A pretty big turnoff on all fronts.
