Wellness has evolved out of the competent hands of our Mesa Chiropractor owner who is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Licensed Acupuncturist, Dr. Harvey Abrams. He has owned and operated Rehabilitation Chiropractic and practiced since the summer of 1993. Yet, as the years have passed, and Dr. Abrams, Mesa Chiropractor, gained more education he realized that the name of his business did not adequately represent what services patients receive!

When it comes to taking care of patients, some doctors follow a more traditional approach, where the focus centers on finding and eradicating the disease. In contrast, functional medicine is a newer approach that seeks to view patients not as a collection of symptoms, but as a whole person who should be considered in entirety.
Here at Aaaah Wellness, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you!

Recovering from a mini stroke and COVID really took a toll on me. Within a month of seeing Dr Abrams at the Wellness clinic I am just about back to normal again. Everyone at the clinic is very in tune to your needs and listens to you attentively. Would highly recommend for whole body health and healing.

Dr. Abrams helped me so much. I started coming September 15 th. I could hardly walk. I was on a walker. Adjustments, massage, and acupuncture. I can walk ride my bike and the best part no pain. I have bulging disk and told I needed surgery. I am so grateful to Dr..Abrams and his staff. They are awesome and amazing. Thank you and May God Bless all of you. ❤️🙏

I have had bad back problems for years Dr. Abrams and Office staff have been the best ! Non Force adjustments and Acupuncture have saved my back and allowed me to have a pretty normal life. They also reminded me of proper body mechanics etc. so I don't go backward but forwards in my recovery. Dr. Abrams also worked with me Nutritionally to get my Diabetes lowered to a normal level. I can't think them all enough for the things they have done to improve my life .

5 star health care!! I am SO beyond thankful I found this place when I was going through one of the most painful back injuries of my life!! I have tried other chiropractors and none compare to Dr. Abrams and his team. I loved the non forceful adjustments and quickly was able to start healing and now I can do things that I thought I would never be able to do again physically. I also had hip issues which were so painful and they also got healed in the process. I also do acupuncture and this has been the most AMAZING treatment I have ever done by helping me with chronic pain, inflammation, gut health

Wonderful service and always feel fantastic when I leave. I had severe lower back pain and couldn’t walk when I first started coming here. After the first visit I could not believe I felt like I was cured. I continue to go for maintenance and love the friendly atmosphere! Also had my acupuncture and now I am a believer!!

I injured my back pretty bad waterskiing and was referred to Aaaah Wellness by a friend. I was able to get in quickly and Dr Abrahms was conservative in my treatment (which was great as I was in pain and nervous!) After a few visits I was definitely better and I would highly recommend this business. Staff is also friendly and professional.

Dr Abrams treats you as a whole, and has several treatment options. Visited here for an injury and chiropractic treatment of my back. He took his time with me and gave much better service and explanation than other chiropractors I have been to before. Both adjustment and physical rehab education was effective and had me feeling better than I had before.

I want to thank Dr. Abrams for all he has done for me. My whole left quarter back, hip and leg was in a lot of discomfort and pain even after 2 series of epidural injections and 6 months. of trying different treatments with no relief, blood sugar out of control and feeling tired.
I saw Dr.Abrams, he worked with me using various treatments and being very supportive of my needs and lifestyle. Treatment included acupressure and acupuncture stretches and others. I feel better and can move again go for walks and be more active. He also helped me with a meal snack plan that is a good basis to continue

Dr. Abrams has worked on my entire family! All with more success that I ever thought possible with ages from 8 to 42 years old. He has helped with basic Chiropractic needs to helping with releasing allergy issues with a process called Naet. My Daughter age 8 is sensitive to wheat, dairy, soy, you name it and has done so much better since seeing Dr. Abrams. Do yourself a favor and see this miracle man!

Dr Abrams is amazing!! He has been able to relieve my pain significantly in about two months. Prior to him I had been seeing a different chiropractor for over two years with absolutely no pain relief. The other doctor's X-rays would should progress in my neck and back and I just figured I was just stuck dealing with pain. I'm so thankful for Dr. Abrams.
