I told them when i called and made my appointment that i was terrified of the dentist i explained i had a super bad experience at the dentist. When i got there the nurse doing x-rays was not friendly at all. The doctor that came in was not friendly he was actually pretty rude. I need to have alot of work done but i was not told what my insurance would cover. Nothing about this place looks modern everything in the place looks to be super old.

I have been going to Dr. Silvola since I was 18, now I take my whole Family to him. The girls all love him even my 8 year old loves going to the dentist becasue of. Dr. Silvola and his staff. They truly do charge you what the co-pay is unlike some other offices that I wont mention want to upgrade you to charge you and the insurance more. The best part is that if you have an emergency they will make room to see you that same day or early the next day. I wouldnt change this dentist as long as I lived close by...

Possibly the worst teeth cleaning I've ever had. As i sit in my car looking at my teeth, i noticed that whatever the assistant used to polish my teeth IS STILL LEFT ON MY GUMS. Clearly she didnt want to come to work today as she cleaned my teeth in the most laziest unprofessional manner ever. The customer service was also TERRIBLE. Even when canceling my appointmment, the receptionist did not ask why. Immediately I thought, "Oh, this must be a common occurrence then."
