I was very fortunate to make an appointment with Mr. Hoffman on short notice to assess my sump pump, which turned out needing replacement (and could've raised my electric bill). He made himself available very quickly and installed a new one in short order. He answered all of my questions on the subject and greatly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

I have used this company several times each time I was completely satisfied. They were timely and very polite. They resolved my heating issues on each occasion. Hoffman technicians are very knowledgeable in heating and plumbing. You will not regret calling them.

YOU CANNOT HIRE BETTER than Richie and his team. I first found them through my friend and GC, who knew the reputation of many of the local contractors, good and bad. Since first being introduced to them, they've worked on my main bathroom (total gut renovation), sewage backup, various minor issues with my sinks (leaks, hard water deposits, and replacements), my toilets (valve replacements), and today he just replaced my hot water heater.

We had an oil to gas conversion done by Rich and his crew. Apparently this is not a desirable job for plumbers. I called many plumbers who never returned my calls or flat out just said, “I don’t do that.” Fortunately, I left a message with Rich and he soon called me back. This was taking place in early September. We both knew colder weather was coming soon so we got right to it.
Rich walked me through the steps and we made a plan together. Determining BTUs of new gas boiler, existing BTU consumption, and determining if we actually had enough gas supply. Next he helped with the permit process

Would not recommend Hoffman, unless it's for a quick in and out job. Not reliable for follow up and won't stand behind their work.
Hired Hoffman to install two Navien boilers for my home based on my neighbors recommendation. Hoffman and his team worked hard to complete the install. Rich did not register the products with Navien nor did he complete the permit with the township. He also charged me extra for the electric runs. A year after the install I had issues with one of the boilers. Called Rich and he basically told me he was too busy. So, had to call another plumber who came out the next day

Finding a good plumber is like finding a good barber; you have to suffer through a bunch of bad haircuts (or bad plumbing jobs) before you find one you can stick with.
