One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The guy took advantage of my bad situation and gave us more expensive and uneconomical (electric) water heater, though we had gas connection right next to the tank. Also, he did absolute sloppy work in connecting the water heater. I had to call him back twice next day as the brand new water heater was leaking. He did not follow any safety or NJ state requirements. When I argued with him he got defensive and wouldn’t listen. Stay away from them at any cost. You will loose your money and will not get proper return for it. Giving one star because I have

I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs. I recently had an issue with my cooling system. Ive been in my house 6 years and never had an issue. But just a couple weeks ago when we had some really hot days,m my unit was making this strange lloud sound and was leaking water. when I called Mr. Puebla at Airstream Heating and Cooling, he had an idea of what it might but came right away to check itout. Being a single mom I really dont have anyone handy or knowledgable of things around the house and i'm really greatful for the job that was done at my home. I was always able to get in touch with someone and the only time I did leave a message my called was returned right away.
