Hands down the best service I have ever gotten from ANY business, not just an automotive shop! I just moved to Wichita for school. As a 24 year old girl going to an automotive place alone they easily could have taken advantage of me but instead they were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars (unlike other places in town that wanted me to pay hundreds for a problem that didnt even exist).

Came in on Saturday for an oil change. The guy up front was honest and said that because they only had one person working that afternoon on oil changes they wouldn't be able to get me in that day. He then gave me a small coupon and told me they could see me first thing Monday. I did and it was done quickly and easily.
Very nice staff and a very clean waiting room. They were also really transparent about why things costed what they did and their pricing is all laid out in the lobby.

I was driving down West Kellogg when my serpentine belt snapped. I called Tracy's and they said although they were busy they would take a look if I could get the vehicle there. When I arrived I told them I thought it was a belt based on the sound and they immediately took a look and confirmed my suspicions. They got me taken care of within an hour and a half, and at a reasonable price. They didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about or like I needed to be up-sold on anything because I'm a woman. I will definitely be recommending Tracy's to everyone I know. Great customer service! A friend of mine recommended that I bring my vehicle to Tracy's to have them look at a tire issue. I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire and brought it in to have the tire replaced. After looking at the tire, I was told that there was a possibility the tire could be patched. Tracy's patched the tire for me and did not charge me for the service, which was extremely surprising. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Wichita area. The experience I had at this shop was nothing like what I have been accustomed to with other major service shops in the area. Definitely

I wish I could say my confidence in this establishment has been sustained, but lately they never seem to fix what I take to them. Tim, the guy who used to quote jobs has moved on, and they replaced him with a guy who seems inexperienced, and will quote you the highest priced items only, without offering any options. Being told by a lube tech he will have to get online to figure out how to change a headlight is not real confidence building. It seems like all their best mechanics have either quit, or are about to retire, so they keep giving my car to the lube techs to work on (see above). I think

Got my truck towed to the shop after I broke down on the highway. Dropped it off on a Friday and they couldn't finish repairing a fuel pump until Tuesday. Then when I went to leave I discovered the handle for the ebrake release was broken and could not be fixed because they snapped the plastic. They blamed it on the tow truck driver when I went back inside. Hmmmm and didn't tell me about it when I first went. I'm filling a complaint with AAA. I hope this company is not used by AAA any longer after my experience.

Why anyone during an oil change would change seat back and lumbar settings clear all internal settings trip gas milage average ect is beyond me while supposedly clearing codes that would there but do not notify me
I only buy new cars that have never had the trip miles reset so they will be the same. I know it is OCD but drives me crazy.
Why cannot a company change oil and leave everything else alone
I seriously may end up trading car over this now that every thing is off

Dropped our puppies off at the vet, got in the van, and it wouldn't start....just dead. My son noticed Tracy's a block away. We ran up, they came to check on it, we pushed the van there, and they speedily got us up and running with a new starter. All the gentlemen that helped us,( probably thinking we had lost our minds pushing this vehicle), were fantastically wonderful, kind, and helpful. Maple and West st location is the best!! Tim up front and their mechanics are amazing! It's hard to find an automotive place you can trust but with these guys honesty is the number one priority. I know that I am getting work that is needed everytime and they are fast as well. Today I went for an oil change and they called me after I left to ask me to come back because the mechanice had noticed my windshield wiper was not on correctly and he wanted to fix it but I had left before he could!! They didnt HAVE to do that, but they did!! Thanks for being awesome guys!!
