We take great pride in our friendly community within a community, conveniently located near the heart of downtown Austin.
We were worried about moving Mom into Memory Care. But after talking to The Cedars' staff we decided to give it a try, and are so glad we did. Mom is doing great in Memory Care, and due to the small layout she no longer gets lost and upset. She has the sparkle in her eye again. Great staff, great apartments, great communication!

Our 85 yr old mom moved from Illinois to Cedars last month to be closer to family and friends. She had previously spent most of her adult life in rural Austin and was a "Texas snow bird" during winter months. Initially my brother and I researched several facilities in Austin and my mom chose Cedars. We were able to coordinate our mom's move with assistance from the directors and their staff. It has been an absolute blessing working with the staff at Cedars. They helped make our mom's move and transition possible without undue stress. They have gone above and beyond our expectations.
