They take advantage of gold star widows, will not allow her to get her property from her deceased Husband from the vehicle with help. The vehicle was in the very back of the lot, she couldn’t possibly carry heavy tool boxes etc by herself! They also would not allow her to have the vehicle towed from the lot by another service. This vehicle was in an accident, sure was very willing to pay the tow fees. Now they are attempting to charge more fees since they would not allow her to retrieve her belongings or her vehicle at the agreed upon time. They have been very rude and unprofessional to many

My son's car was towed here after a accident. Car was totaled and went to get his property. Would not let you enter the lot to pick up his stuff even though he had all his work tools and supplies. I went in their offce to see if I can help him. Told me flat no. I am a 67 year old business owner in South Bend and also a women. I walked out of their office and ask my son where his car was. As I started to walk towards the back maybe 10 feet or so,I was attacked by the low life office women cussing at me. I said I cannot even see the car? At that point I was grabbed my my coat and told by this man

If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy towing company than keep looking. please don't trust these people after my vehicle was in a wreck the cops called them. When I went to go get the things out of my vehicle my Bose sunglasses where gone I had in their tools, cooler, my expensive charger. They even took my vacuum sealer that I had in there because I took it to someones house to use it. I'm sure there is other stuff I'm forgetting. Maybe they do have some people there that are good people but all the ones I talked to straight lied!! Hope this helps anymore who is looking for a tow and
