We were stranded in our RV at a travel plaza on the Indiana tollway with a tire losing air due to a failed valve stem. Even though it was Sunday evening, Quick's answered the phone, told us how to safely get to their shop, and quickly removed the tire and replaced the valve stem. Thanks to their service, we made it safely home that evening. Zach was extremely professional and helpful, we are very grateful for his assistance.

I called quicks today after getting a flat tire when I was over an hour and a half away from home with my family. They answered the phone right away and were willing to go out of their way and help me out after I had been stuck on the side of the toll road for over 2 hours waiting for the tow company my car insurance sent out, even though it was a Sunday evening. They were so kind and friendly and helpful! I didn't end up needing them after all of that, but they still texted me to make sure we were safe and taken care of.

After being stranded in my RV for 27 hours with two flat tires, Quick's Towing came to my rescue! My road side service provider fail to provide timely service. After getting in contact with Quick's Towing, the services they provided was top notch. They towed my RV to their place, and replaced my tires and had me back on the road the next day. Every member of their team was great! I was traveling from Michigan to Illinois when my incident occurred. I hope I never get another flat tire, but it ever happens during my route in their area, I will surely contact Quick's Towing.

Hands down THE BEST tow truck driver I have ever dealt with! Jeff was super friendly, talkative and just a happy guy! He made what was a stressful evening into an enjoyable one. He handled and loaded my 4runner onto the truck with care. He even was able to park her at our house is a not so easy spot next to our. “Pole barn” that’s on an incline. Jeff also arrived 10 mins after we called too. Hands down one of the best companies out there.

My roadside assistance called Quick Towing to tow my car home and they never showed up. I was told they didn't receive the Purchase Order so they were not coming. I never received a call from Quick's, I found out from the roadside assistance when they called to check on me. I called someone else myself only to find out Quick's was overcharging me by $110.

Fast, professional, friendly, convenient and reasonably priced. Drew answered my early-morning distress call and arrived quickly. Changed my tire in record time and his friendliness put me at ease. Bonus: he was able to charge my credit card right there on his phone - so convenient and price was right too. When things go wrong for you, you can't go wrong with Drew!
