My kudos to Mr. Levi and his technical Staff of Pepe and his assistant, who got the outer door of my garage fixed and fully operational again. The original motor got burnt and I was faced with the agony of manually operating the door. I then Googled for information on garage door repairs and the name of ProMaster Security Gate & Door Expert popped up. I called and Mr. Levi answered. Having related my problem, Mr. Levi quickly dispatched his technicians who detected the problem which was resolved with great diligence. The door is fully functional again. I called this place straight from a Google search and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I speak to a wonderful charismatic man named Levi but he was extremely patient and kind to help me troubleshoot my issues with my garage door. He stayed on the phone with me for a while while I tried several different things he recommended. After doing what he said ,my garage door was fixed ! I couldn’t believe it! I had tried the whole day fixing it and nothing worked.

We had an urgent situation on a Sunday evening when our security roller gate went off track and had a significant jam. The company we normally use was being lazy and didn’t want to help. Enter ProMaster... within 40 minutes of my call the technician Alex was on site. Before he arrived he called to learn exactly what he was getting into and to make sure he came prepared, also gave an accurate ETA. I’m now calling Alex “the gate dr” although more like gate surgeon. Let's be honest - there are plenty of companies that can work on a garage door. What sets one company apart from another is the people and how they interact with the customer, on top of their technical competency. In that regard, my experience with ProMaster was excellent.
