Welcome to the Facial Plastic Surgery Center (FPSC) of Otolaryngology Associates, P.C., the premier ear, nose and throat medical and surgical practice of Northern Virginia. FPSC provides expert medical, surgical and ancillary care to adults and children of the DC Metro Area requiring cosmetic and/or reconstructive surgery to areas of the face, head and neck.
Only the patient and one caregiver (especially for our pediatric patients) will be allowed in the clinical area. Others will be asked to wait in our waiting room or parking lot so please avoid bringing other young siblings/children with you to your visit. Upon entry into the building, everyone will be immediately screened for isolated cough and shortness of breath as well as have his/her temperature checked.

Our staff is available to speak to you by telephone during the hours of 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm on Monday through Friday. In the event you receive a message during our regular office hours, please understand that we may be assisting another patient.
Fee for service is due in full at the time the service is provided unless previous financial arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks. Please note that there will be a $25 service charge for any returned checks. There is a $100 surgical consult fee due in full at the consultation visit with the physician.
