Dr. Barbour expertly put my hand back together following a significant and complex injury. He was immensely patient and explained everything he was doing, thoroughly answered all my questions no matter how basic, and put me at ease through the entire procedure. I was impressed with his surgical technique, competence, and manner. I was also impressed with his staff during my follow-up visits; Dr. Barbour and his staff were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, Dr. Barbour's approach and skill ensured I would have full use of my hand, and for that I am most grateful.

I worked with Dr. Barbour on two scar revisions and could not possibly be happier. From the initial consult, to the surgery, to the post-op care/appointments... I felt he paid such attention to detail and was incredibly thorough. Exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon! He did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me in advance, and walked through what recovery would look like so I felt incredibly prepared. Dr. Barbour did my daughter's breast reduction this past winter. He did an excellent job and has helped restore her confidence. He was professional and made sure that she felt comfortable with the details of the procedure. His staff walked us through the post-op instructions and went above and beyond for us. Was referred by my primary care physician for an outpatient procedure. Was impressed by the professionalism of not only Dr. Barbour but also his staff. I started seeing Dr Barbour when my rheumatologist referred me to him to operate on finger contractures I developed as a result of an autoimmune disease. I knew I was in good hands when Doctor Barbour took the time to explain to me how my contractures developed (something no doctor had been able to do) and how he would fix it, in terms that I was… able to understand nonetheless. We are so happy that dumb luck led us to Dr. Barbour. After my son cut his left middle finger and landed in ER for stitches, the attending doc recommended we see a hand surgeon as it was likely he severed tendon(s) and a nerve. We didn't know where to turn. I got his name among others from Aetna. After explaining the situation, His fabulous staff Jacqueline and Maddie worked quickly to arrange for surgery the next morning. When I was frustrated with what my orthopedic surgeon had told me about revising a horrible scar from wrist surgery (putting a plate in my fractured wrist led to a big vertical scar on the inside of the wrist... which kind of looks like it might be a scar from something else... first he said we could talk about revision at the 6m mark and then after I waited and waited and waited at the 6m mark he said a year), my physical therapist suggested I see Dr. Barbour for a second opinion. After years of cooking with a machete, I finally earned my gastronomic medal of honor by chopping off half a fingertip. Dr. Barbour came to the rescue (actually I came to him and he squeezed me in right away). He was very professional and gave me the finger-- my index finger-- which he stitched back on. Two months post-op and my nail is looking seamless and fabulous. No nubby fingers for me!

I've been going to Dr. Barbour for over a year to get Botox done. Very professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. He uses best quality products and actually cares about your health and side effects. Recently he injected my upper lip with Voluma, he used high quality numbing cream that made the pain bearable. It looked perfect right after it was done and took a few days to have a finished look. I highly recommend Dr. Barbour for any cosmetic serveries and more.

I went to Dr. Barbour on the recommendation of my daughter-in-law for a “mallet finger” incurred while playing basketball. I was concerned, since my ring finger was “drooping” at the top knuckle, that finger surgery was imminent. I called and first spoke to Jacqueline, the office manager, who was beyond helpful, calling me back with a script for… an X-Ray before my first appointment with Dr. Barbour-and she did this after office hours!
