I felt the communication was poor at best and he loved charging fees . I really felt that he did nothing to assist in helping with advice. I thought after the initial meeting that it would be helpful. I was wrong . Another item of contention was always his use of attorney language/jargon instead of explaining in plain communicative words.

I hired Mr. Gugino for a family court matter, including modification of child support and visitation. Mr. Gugino was very prompt to communicate through out the case. He was honest and thorough with all the questions and concerns I had. In our consultation we worked out a plan of action, and From the beginning to end he stuck by it. We had a successful outcome and we accomplished what he said could be done plus more. I was very happy. I would recommend him and use him again.

We hired Randy with confidence he was going to get the job done considering his countless years of so called experience, with family court and child custody cases, but no instead we got a frazzled, unorganized push over. Do NOT invest your time and money. We pretty must gave him our case on a silver platter, did most of the research, leg work, and obtaining of documents, only to be told after a year and half and over 10k in the drain that there's nothing he can do- thanks a lot. Now we are in a WORSE position than we were prior to pursuing this child custody case. Thank you for absolutely nothing

He handled the sale of the house closing, the land purchase for a new house to be built and finally working with the new home developer.
He explained in detail what was required and in many cases handled all transactions where we were not required to be present at closing. All documents were signed at his office.

We hired Randy and his team to assist in the purchase our first home. From the very beginning, whenever I had a question, Randy always made time to talk to me that day (even after business hours).
He truly demonstrated his expertise and experience throughout the whole process, especially when serious issues were found after the inspection, and again during the final walk-through the day before closing. He was able to successfully negotiate with the sellers to have the issues fixed at their expense which saved us a ton of extra money in additional last-minute repairs.
