Our founder is a Masters level Social worker who is also a Certified Geriatric Care manager with over 25 years experience in health care. Specializing in complex chronic care, he is a passionate expert in all phases of the human management life-cycle.

The Affinial team works on relationships with their clients. My friend was a particularly tough and resistant client and Mark personally went out to his nursing facility and established a connection before he came home. Once home, he helped me set up all the things to support my friend's care as he provided and supervised the caregivers daily as well as ordering supplies and equipment, organizing doctor and clinic visits and in- home visits as necessary. They certainly helped take the weight of daily caregiving off our shoulders. I highly recommend the Affinial Team.
