Yesenia by far is the best representative ever!!! She is always super helpful and attentive to every question or problem I might have. She goes above and beyond to make sure all the policies are exactly the way I want them to be. Yesenia is always really quick to ask me how my day is going and she makes me feel like she sincerely cares. I'm so glad Yesenia is always one phone call away.

I signed up for a policy online and subsequently communicated with Benjamin Meza. This man stated that I needed to call, they needed a number and that I had not made my October or November payments. This was all in response to an email that I sent asking about my policy. As I stated in that email, the system let me make the November payment but not the October payment. Benjamin replied that "he dug further" and did see the November payment but that my policy was cancelled and that no payments would be returned. Overall, I feel scammed. Never trust someone who insists upon only verbal

I can’t say enough about my overall experience today. I think the whole process took about 20 min with most of that being taken by me asking stupid questions. I was really impressed to say the least they offered me more coverage and renters insurance for 15 dollers less then what I was paying with progressive and made what I had expected to a headache into a really pleasant experience. Oliver and his team are great. They helped me through every step of the way transitioning from my previous insurance. Ben reached out to inform me that I am qualified to have a price drop due to driving record and after COVID you can imagine what kind of relief that means.
However, I was particularly grateful for his services because I’m about to leave California to Washington state. He didn’t drop me from there, instead, he asked me where about, and after learning my destination, he asked me if I needed assistance looking for a receiving StateFarm agent to make things easier. Then I learned that the place where I’m going

I was with State Farm for 10's of years under Matt Kalla. Then one day I was no longer with Matt but with Oliver. Ok, thats fine, lets see what happens.
I choose to leave State Farm because my premiums were going through the roof. Anyway, I went with another agency after so many years. I called to cancel and they said ok. Well, I was told that refunds of my premiums would take a few weeks but they would be processed. OK! Sounds great! Thank you!

Oliver and his team were great. For those of us that don’t deal with insurance often, the various coverage options and amounts can be confusing. Oliver took the time to walk me through the coverage choices and made sure I understood how each fit my personal needs. It’s important that I have an agent that is not only knowledgeable, but also cares about doing the right thing for customers. I hope I never actually need my insurance, but I feel comfortable that Oliver and his team will be there if I do.

I recently spoke to Oliver Stahl to discuss my insurance needs. He was very clear and easy to understand. He had a great way to make complex ideas seem much more understandable/ less intimidating. More importantly, he didn’t make me feel like I was talking to a blood thirsty salesman. He seemed to genuinely care about my wants and needs. That was a breath of fresh air!
