Willie took such great care of me and my car. After water damage that happened in my car dealer's lot while it was there for an engine replacement, which they didn't tell me about, and their refusal to return my calls, I finally had to file an insurance claim because I couldn't drive it with all that mold. I ended up at Wash Me Pleaze, and I am so grateful! Willie stripped everything out, cleaned and fixed it, and my car looks and smells brand new again! Plus he's an amazing guy. I accidentally stumbled on Wash Me Pleaze last week when I was visiting the rim repair shop right beside them to get some curb rash repaired on my rims. I had been trying to find a detailer in town that I felt good about so I decided to pop in and check them out. I met the owner Willie and he was extremely friendly and patient from the beginning. He gave me a tour of the shop and explained his whole process and answered any questions I had happily. After seeing the type of equipment, the type of products he was using and the even able to see some of their work on the spot with another customers

DON'T TRUST WILLIE This guy is a scam artist and will lie to your face and and talk a big game and tell you how much better he is then the next person but when you have a issue and you try talk to hime about it he will talk to you like your stupid and talk down down to you . I highly recommend everyone to find another place to go . I will be letting everyone know what type of guy he is . I recommend you to have your phone on record when you talk to this guy so you have records of everything he tells you and keep your texts from him , trust what I tell you when you have a issue he will do

I took my car to Willie at Wash Me Pleaze because I got a paint job back in February that was terrible. They missed spots, left swirls everywhere - basically messed up the car. It actually looked halfway descent If you squinted your eyes and it was dark outside! Willie took one look at it and pointed out everything that was wrong with it, including a lot that I didn’t notice. I can’t explain how good the car looks now after the paint corrections and the ceramic coating. It looks outstanding! I’m more than pleased with the work. First of let me say I am very picky who I ever let touch my vehicles. I just took possession of a brand new 2020 Silverado 3500HD High Country and wanted it painted corrected and ceramic coated straight from the dealers lot. Willy the owner was recommended to me from a trusted very good friend. I went to the shop, checked it out, met Willy (the owner)and explained what I wanted done to the new truck. Not only does he run a top notch detailing operation, he and his staff are very polite and true professionals, they know what they are doing and how to do it correctly. Truly a first class operation

Most thorough, knowledgeable, and professional auto detailing studio in the Hampton Roads area. AMAZING!!! TOP Quality service, HONEST (he left a $20 bill he found in my car!!- who does that?!), and an impeccable cleaning job! His shop was tucked away in an industrial setting, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was worth finding!! Willie, the owner, couldn't have been more friendly, and my VERY dirty (I've only detailed my car once before in 8 years) car was seriously like NEW when I picked it up.
