I really screwed up. I chose incorrectly on the website, found I had chosen the wrong service, but Chris made it easy. Friendly and willing to help where he can. We gave him a challenge and he weathered through. This was my first experience with Chris and he answered all my questions and kept me updated on everything when he had my car.

I took my truck to Nu Image Detail to have a ceramic coating maintenance wash done. I didn't get my coating at Nu Image originally. The owner Chris helped me directly. He came out and thoroughly inspected my truck with me. He found numerous problems from the poor quality of the installer of the original coating from high spots to swirl marks, front to back. To keep this relatively short, I weighed the options I had and I decided to get a 3 step paint correction and a Silver Level of Ceramic Pro (5 year warranty) and at an awesome price! I picked my truck up today and HOLY S***! My truck looks better

Chris did an amazing job on our new Black 2021 Explorer ST. Everyone knows black paint is an absolute pain to get looking perfect, and it’s absolutely flawless. We went with the ceramic pro silver package, and the car looks absolutely amazing. Chris went above and beyond the week of Thanksgiving and completed the full paint correction and installation of the ceramic coating. I highly recommend Chris and will be bringing any new vehicle I purchase in the future to him. Thank you!

I took my mother's 8 year old Prius in for a deep clean detail in preparation to sell it. The amount of layered hair, food, grime, and grossness from years of daily use was overwhelming. I accepted that there was no way it could clean up to my standards - even by a professional. To my surprise, the interior looked INCREDIBLE when I picked it up from NU Image. Well beyond my expectation - every nook and cranny was grime free and the seats were free of all stains. The work Chris did on her car was completely worth the cost and I definitely plan to return. Chris takes care of our entire family's vehicles. He does a great job. He goes above and beyond and exceeds our expectations every time we take him a car. I bought a fixer upper that was very neglected and he took the entire interior out and got it back to factory new. Dyed the carpet back to factory spec in my wife's Honda Pilot. we couldn't be happier with the quality work, fair prices, and commitment he has to doing the job right. My husband’s sunroof was left wide open for nearly 2 months on base while he was on deployment. Needless to say, the interior was completely trashed. Insurance paid a dealership to complete the repairs but they didn’t even wipe down the seats, so I took it to Chris for an interior detail. It was Chris who found tons of mold the dealership completely missed! Had it not been for Chris, my husband & young children would have been riding in a truck full of mold. Chris did an immaculate job detailing my Ford Focus ST! He spent an entire day on my car to make sure it was perfect when I picked it up. I just finished just under a 5k mike trip across the country with my girlfriend and our dog and my car was a disaster, so I purchased the pro exterior protection detail. My car shines better than it did when I drove it off the lot, and the shampoo treatment he did on the inside pulled out all the stains from the past 4 years and dog hair From this trip. Took my BMW to Chris yesterday on a cold and wet April morning for a full detail. He happily met me at his business at 9AM promptly and we reviewed all the services he would perform. I connected with Chris about 3PM to see if he was done. He told me he needed another 30 to 45 minutes. Chris had to have spent 5 to 6 hours on my SAV! I was really impressed with the level of service detail he did. The interior was immaculate, the windows have never been as clean since I picked it up from the dealership 4 years ago, and the engine compartment looked factory new. I can’t highly recommend Nu Image enough!!! I tried to clean the inside of my husband’s car with vinegar and baking soda (don’t do that!!!) We couldn’t get the baking soda out of the seats and to come off the plastic, vinyl, everything!!! We brought it to Chris and it was a miracle, he fixed it and it now looks brand new!! It was NOT an easy task! I never plan to clean a car with baking soda and vinegar again and when I need to get a detail I’ll DEFINITELY bring my vehicles to him!! You will NOT be disappointed! Chris' attention to detail was amazing. He worked tireless. My elderly parents owned the car and had duct taped things to parts of the interior. I wasn't sure the tape could be removed let alone cleaned off. But Chris did a fantastic job, absolutely no trace of adhesive at all. My elderly father also decided to remove some tree tar off with something that made circular scratches on the paint. NU Image is great, and Chris was wonderful! I did the mobile detailing as I'm super pregnant, and it was very easy to make an appointment and schedule with Chris! Very professional and kind! I have a small SUV, that really just had some dog hair and needed some basic cleaning. Chris did a wonderful job! There was no way I could ever get it that clean myself! We decided today would be a great day to see what Nu-Image was about. We always, always, always drive by it when we enter the parking lot area at Lynnhaven Mall. Chris gets his hustle on detailing your vehicles while you shop! It's genius. And the best part is that he does an awesome job at it!!! And for $30?!?!?! What!!!! When I tell you that Chris made my car look BETTER then it did when I PURCHASED it...I am not exaggerating!! The car and attention to his "detail" was UNSURPASSED by several other detail companies I had tried out!! I have put C H Hall detail on a regular rotation because NO ONE has ever detailed my car like Chris!! Full on! No LIE! This guy is the real deal!!!

Chris was amazing! We had to reschedule a couple of time due to events out of his control (rain). He was very flexible and friendly to deal with. He showed up on time and completely blew me away with his work. The best detailing work I've ever had. I got the headlights restored as well, and they look just like new (I was considering buying a new set but I figured I'd give Chris a chance first). Overall, I'm very happy with the service, and I've already talked to Chris about doing my wife's car. I highly recommend him.

This is the first time I did mobile detailing. I just got used car quite old and it needed some detailing. I was nt looking in spending a lot in detailing anyways. Saw a deal in groupon for auto detail with headlight restoration for 50$ was a real steal. I did tip 20% even then it was a great offer.
