Thanks to 3:16 team REALTY, I almost lost the deal within weeks of closing. Loreena Yeo claims to understand simple concepts of realty, but in reality lacks any respect of time, continually makes assumptions, and guided the deal to a financial disaster. Additionally, I am not sure what role her husband Michael plays on the “team”, aside from being aloof, dim-witted, and intrusive of privacy. That being said they appear to be kind people that take good pictures of themselves that portray a religious and moral lifestyle. However, their financial ambition (commission) takes precedent over integrity

Our family had to make a last minute move to North Texas from Southern California and due to the time constraints we leased a home managed by 3:16 Realty Team without actually seeing the property ourselves. We had some issues with the property that caused quite a bit of frustration, but these things were not something that Michael could have known about. As soon as he became aware of the issues he worked very hard to resolve them to our satisfaction. Michael is a true professional and it's easy to see he truly cares about his clients.
