I hired JT's to do a fireplace for me along with a kitchen remodel that needed an entire new layout and utilities rerouted accordingly. I was very satisfied with the work done. The guys were punctual, professional, always cleaned up after themselves, and were very kind and patient to anyone at home during construction. I am meticulous about details and so were they, making sure each part was as perfect as it could get. I had a budget to stick to along with a specific time frame, as I did some of the work myself. Josh never pushed to raise the budget and instead worked to get the most I could for

We hired Joshua and JT's Renovations to build out our basement after interviewing 7-8 different contractors. Their pricing was in the middle of the field, but they were one of the only ones to actually bring a vision of a completed project and not just throwing up four walls and a ceiling. So we actually felt like our money would go a bit farther with Joshua.
The crew was always on time each morning and cleaned up after themselves each night. They were professional and respectful in our home. All around good people to work with.

Over the past 2 years Joshua and his team have completed projects at our home which have ranged from outdoor hardscapes with retaining shrub bed walls, patio walls with a stone faced water wall and bubbling rock to a full basement build out with a custom upscale bar, theater, game, bed room and bath with a sunken shower. They have also completed a full kitchen remodel with granite countertops, tile floor, stone backsplash and designed a custom high/low eating & prep island.
We found their prices to be a good value for the high-quality work done and while projects took a bit longer than hoped for
