E-Central Credit Union

Became like other Banks! charge for any little thing starting with balance below $100 on checking when there was no Min. required last year, if a payment is made with out funds on checking account you get charge $29 even if you have money in your savings! now if you want to allow them to pull from savings to pay whatever needs to be pay from checking theres also a fee!! the catch is that they Do not call you to inform you of this!! you need to wait for a letter that gets send out which take a few days to find out you are being charged penalty!!! when they can just pick up the phone to let you know

I have been with this bank since 1979. I run a business. I understand finances
and people. What I love about E central is the personal attention they give to me and everyone I have witnessed having interactions. My account at B of A was hacked ( several years ago) . Wells Fargo has caused problems for my daughter and her account. I was at another bank ( First Entertainment ). They lost checks in auto deposit and other unmentionable mishaps.

With all that I sad, E Central is not perfect. They will help you when and if a
is mishap happens.

In this day of faceless banking, I enjoy the humanity

This credit union is probably the one with the worst customer service, it's a shame, not worth putting your savings or having a checking account with them

Is anyone else getting a little tired of the three day workweek. Continuing to use COVID as an excuse is getting a little old.

I have multiple accounts here and have always found everyone incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

E Central Credit Union has exceeded all my expectations..... so glad I made the switch from the "traditional" banks.

How can I say this very simple 🤔,,,Don't give them your business,,,,your information not in a safe hand, they hire these Crocks and they cover each other,,,,,,I got a response from the # owner 4 weeks ago Claiming that's we'll get back to you,,,Still waiting since then very patiently,,,extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

I haven’t been able to recover my password for online access for years now due to the improper or incomplete instructions. I’ve tried more than once, including recently again, but have given up because of the frustration.

Phone system hard to navigate, not able to get a hold of a live person, they changed credit card providers and not able to easily set up auto payments. I don't know if they changed management but they are very poor!!

I have been a member for years. Alittle disappointed with using mobile to deposit checks. Very misleading when it says 2 days and then check doesn't drop for 4 days . I think the information communicated should be more clear for the customer. This was my first time depositing a check thru mobile and my last. I won't do that again.
And I have to agree with another customer in saying I have got some pretty rude reps.

Not the best credit union! I had an account with them for a few years but no longer do. They take forever with deposits. When my card got canceled because of fraud, it took them forever to send me a new card because they assumed I had a secondary card. I asked if they could send me a new card ASAP and they said no. I had to wait the 7-10 business days. I had to try to look for shared branches so I could withdraw money from my account which wasn't always easy since I work during the week and shared branch banks close at 5pm the latest during the week and there are only a few shared branch locations

If I could give this sorry excuse for a credit union a big fat zero I would! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Hey E CENTRAL how about calling before hand and informing the customer a hold is being placed? Do yourself a favor and avoid this credit union at all costs!

Larisa was a great help! Service was quick and excellent. I would recommend e central credit union. However,1st do your research if its what you are looking for and that you have near by branches to your home.

Not happy with E-central - BEWARE !
Now charging ATM fee's at 7/11 Never did before.
I will be closing both my accounts. They said it's 'the machines'.
But , where are THEIR machines ??? Not convenient any longer.
Which is one of the only things they had going for them.

I had another great experience with E-Central, loan officer Erwin Calixto was extremely helpful and attentive to my situation!

I had the pleasure of working with Erwin and Tracy on the refi. of my mortgage. I have had 2 positive interaction on auto loans from this bank before. I moved far out to the I.E. but because of such a great experience I called them up to do the refi. They did not disappoint. I had called multiple (10) other sources to get quotes. None of them came close to there rates as well as there service. Seriously amazing people to work with. They were not pushy and only suggested things when it would truly benefit me. I would 100% come back with friends and family to this bank. I did my homework so i know

We just refinanced for a better interest rate with Erwin and Traci as our guides. They were great to make this process easier. One little snafu with the payoff amount, but I am sure we will get that sorted out easily. Thank you both for your help in this re-finance.

The 5 star is strictly for their car loan process. We had gone to a dealer and were quoted an outrageous monthly payment without the dealer even checking our credit. Overwhelmed with our day at the dealer, we decided to apply for a loan through our credit union. From there everything went smoothly.

We ended up with Sayra as our loan officer and she was the BEST. She introduced to Greg who helped us find a great car through the credit union. Greg listened to our needs and although we ended up with a car that we hadn't even considered, it checked off all the boxes on what we were looking for

Liz and Traci @ ECU has the best customer service. They helped me open a credit card and an checking/saving account. They are very detail about all the account info. If you need a car loan, open an account and mortgage loan, this is the best place to go.

I love coming here. They are very helpful and efficient. I love them. Ana is always helpful ... always welcoming.
I miss Mr Peter though but over all .. I love this bank.
