I recently purchased a new iPad and wanted to be certain that all of my info was transferred to the new device.as my tech skills are somewhat limited. Vince was FANTASTIC! Very professional & patient. He worked with me to be sure that my devices were synced and nothing data was lost. And he explained everything he was doing in layman’s terms for me to follow. I called with a challenging Microsoft update glitch and Heather listened attentively to my situation. I brought my computer in and Vince took care of me from there, he was totally professional to deal with. Vince was fantastic! My problem was probably considered simple but I was treated like i was the most important customer. I ended up buying a newer system from him. He explained Everything every step of the way so that I not only understood what happened to my computer but gave me some choices with great explanations for them.

I am so glad PC Works was recommended to me. As a senior citizen with poor computer understanding, I was desperate when I "lost" four years of accounting records. I felt so vulnerable but Vince treated me with such kindness, compassion and warmth. Lost my client data and PC Works tried to recover it. Found the files but they were corrupted.
Also advised my hard drive was bad so replaced that and installed a new operating system.
Could have bought a new laptop for the service price if I had known that the client data was unusable.
Otherwise friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick service.

He later told me exactly what the problem was and that I needed a new battery. Years went by...O.K. just a few weeks but because of supply chain issues, they couldn't install a new battery. He wrapped it up so I could use it at home and when the battery came in, they put it in quickly.
Through it all, Vince, Carla, and the gang kept me informed.

I was in the PC Works Office today (3/4/19) at about 3 p.m. with my Dell Laptop which needed repair. I entered the office and saw two men.... I assume a customer and PC Works staff, who were seated in chairs having a business conversation and neither looked up to greet me or acknowledge my presence. I heard another employee in the adjacent office. I took a seat and waited for about 4 minutes. Still, no one said a word to me to acknowledge my presence or to tell me that they would help me in a few minutes. I found this very annoying, disrespectful and yes, even rude! I left PC Works and found

I can see why they get such high reviews. Brought in an older MacBook Pro which was running slow. Josh suggested a few upgrades and less than 24 hours later my old tired MacBook is running better than ever. The prices are very reasonable. I highly suggest getting your computers fixed or update at pc works

I know I already did a review about PC Works and Josh but here I go again! My husband and I were having issues with our printer and the WiFi. Josh came to our home and checked out both lap tops and the printer. He was very honest about the poor quality of our current printer and it's condition. We purchased a printer through him and it came with it two days and Josh was back to install. Josh took all the old equipment and donated it to Stepping Stones. Saturday we saw the same printer at office max and it was in excess of $50 more than the PC Works price. I highly recommend this business

Fortunately we found Josh, he is amazing. I have an iMac and Apple products, and yesterday he solved my problems as he did with our television. It was the second appointment with Josh, and we are as appreciative and pleased as we were with the initial visit.
