Jody was great. Showed up on time and solved my problem. She’s GREAT!

We have had Jody help us and repair our computers and printers 12 years now. She is prompt, loyal, knowledgeable and affordable. She knows computer repair and programs. The bonus is she is a super great person and now a good friend !

Jody has taken care of my upgrades, purchase recommendations, protection, updates, teaching me how to use movie maker, skype, creating pages and has even taught me how to use e-bay. We have used Jody for several years. We love that she comes to the house, no having to haul the hard drives to a vendor as we have done in the past. She listens to our issues, asks questions and fixes whatever is causing problems right then. It’s amazing to watch her ‘fly’ through the data and find the problem. When we buy new hard drives, she takes them home and does her magic so when we plug them in at home they’re ready to go. She even helped us get ROKU set up.
