The company handled a warranty claim for my 2016 LG refrigerator that needed a new compressor and sealed system. Had we not known about the warranty, we would have spent a lot of money for parts that it would have been better to just get a new refrigerator. Thank you guys for your speediness and handling the entire process for us! The fridge works better than before!

The business is called "All" Appliance Repair. I asked about fixing my microwave because it's blowing fuses, which I saw how to do on YouTube but don't have the parts. He said he doesn't offer that repair. WHAT?

Our repair tech Vitaly repaired both our LG dryer and LG ice maker. He did an excellent job on both.

Vitaly was on-time, polite and very knowledgeable! We ended up electing to purchase new appliances instead of fixing ours due to the age of our washer and dryer set, however I would recommend him to anyone needing a diagnostic.

Vitaly was prompt and professional. When my dryer stopped working, I searched for a repairman. All Appliance had many good reviews. After the first visit, Vitaly came back when I heard a strange noise. He worked to ensure that it was fixed like new, for much less than the cost of a new dryer.

First to answer phone. Was able to come back next day. Our fridge was fried but they only charged the minimum. Thorough in explaining what the issue was.

I called All Appliance because my refrigerator fan was making a lot of noise. I was told it needed a thermostat. He changed it out parts and labor was $298. Then a day or two later the ice and water stopped working. After going back and fourth a couple of times he eventually came to look at it. Found out the water was freezing in the line. He got it working after thawing the ice. Then the next day everything in my refrigerator was frozen. I let him know. He then told me to remove some black tape that he left on one of the vents and the temperature should go back to normal in 24 hours. 48 hours

Showed up within the window they said they would. They charge a reasonable price to come out to do a diagnostic on a washer ($50)--I'd called around to a couple other places, and this was the best option. The repairman was respectful and helpful. Didn't end up being worth repairing, but I'm glad he could tell us what was wrong.

This company is a great value for the money spent! I have a refrigerator that is about 18-20 yrs old , not sure because it came with my condo . I texted All Appliance Repair my problem and they answered immediately and set up an In home appointment. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem, ordering a part and returning several days later, on time and repaired the refrigerator , for a very reasonable price on parts and labor. Unfortunately several days later I noticed the freezer wasn't freezing properly, I texted Vitaly and he came back the next day and diagnosed the problem which

My fridge was leaking and they fixed that part but they said i needed a part replaced that was keeping my fridge too cold and causing the ice and water part to not work and leak i guess so we paid 300$ for it and my ice or water still didnt work and neither did the temperature.

I did not use them but would not use them the way they communicate and because of their attitude. Made an appointment by messaging via yelp and confirmed it via text message to Vitaly for today 3-4pm. Their office called and said that they don't have availability today and was not aware of the confirmed appointment with vitaly, so I got Vitaly on the phone to confirm the appointment who said I don't have time to talk, you want me to be there between 3-4pm or not. Would not even listen.

I am gland I did not use them, they might be good at their job but definitely don't know how

All Appliance Repair came out to service my dishwasher that was not getting hot and leaking. I had a horrible experience with another repair company Home Depot warranty sent out. The other company claimed there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher, when there clearly was a problem. Long story short All Appliance came out, found the issue and fixed it in under an hour. I highly recommend All Appliance Repair. I will be requesting them on an future warranty repairs.

Vitaly Frolov from All Appliance Repair responded and arrived on time to repair my Whirlpool washer that wouldn't drain or spin. I was happy with his professional manner as he left everything clean and gave me a discount to replace the lid switch. Took less than 2 hours. I will recommend him and I will keep his information handy.

I have to admit they were convenient and were able to come on a Sunday.

The person that looked at our refrigerator wanted to charge us $100 to clean the dust off the compressor when I told him we could do that on our own.

After opening the inside unit, he told us there was a small plug that needs to be changed which would be an additional $200 and $155 for the service. The entire operation to fix our year old refrigerator was about $500 and it would take 4 days to get the small plug.
