TERRIBLE service! The "tracking number" you get tells you simply that the package is (1) in transit, or (2) at hub, awaiting transfer. It doesn't tell you WHERE it is or WHEN you can reasonably expect delivery. I had an estimated delivery date of 12/21/21. When a couple weeks had passed without delivery, I tried calling. No one answers the phone and you can't leave a voicemail because the box is full, no matter which phone tree option you select. I've called so many times, sent emails - NEVER got a single response. If the tracking info would at least indicate where the package is, you could know

Have had our package for 29 days now, and still have not delivered it. Cannot get hold of anybody. Have attempted to call 7 or 8 times, and nobody will answer the phone, and you cannot leave a message because their voicemail box is full. Please do not use this company. Horrible service and customer service .

package is almost 2 weeks late, their website says its here and out for delivery for the last 4 days, the girl I talk to about it continues to give me ridiculous excuses like, it was raining etc. luckily I bought the item with Pay Pal so I can cancel payment

Freight company failed to deliver my package and kept telling me it would be there “next week” but when I call the next week they say they will call me back, which they never do, or that the package has been lost. Finally filed a charge back with the credit card company.

Horrible company. Going on 1 week late waiting on my delivery. Each day I call they say it’ll be delivered today but never is. They are now hanging up on me when I call and I have always been very polite on the phone.

I'd be careful when deciding to ship with this company. I've been tracking my shipment since it was sent on 9/24/20. It was supposed to arrive on 10/02/20. Since 10/02/20 it's been showing a status of "at hub awaiting transfer". I tried to call customer service where I got no answer and the recording advises that the mailbox is full so no message can be left. I guess I'll just be waiting until my shipment arrives, whenever that is.
